The ruins of the ancient Roman city of Itálica is currently the most important Roman archaeological site in Andalusia. The city is considered the first Roman settlement in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as the city where Trajan was born and the origin of Hadrian. Both, the first two emperors of Rome of non-Italic origin. Thoughout the ruins of this magnificent city we can enjoy splendid mosaics, Roman urbanism, stories and curiosities and, in addition, the largest amphitheate of Hispania.
