Yuki is a fantastic guide and provided a great introduction to Tokyo including deep knowledge of the sights we visited, helping us learn the public transportation system, and having a great lunch at a favorite spot of his. Very clear communicator prior to and during our tour. Really enjoyed our day in Tokyo with Yuki.
We had an excellent experience using this service. The day before we arrived our driver contacted us and let us know he would be watching our flight and would be waiting for us. On the day of arrival he was responsive to all my questions and even sent me images of where to find him so we didn’t get lost. Our driver was so friendly, a great driver, and made what could have been a hectic scramble to get to our hotel into a seamless and relaxing transfer from the Narita airport directly to our hotel in Tokyo. Highly recommend using this service.

We chose Yumi based on other reviews and were delighted we did. Prior to our trip the communication was excellent. We are a family consisting of mum, dad, son & daughter in law. The age difference meant we all wanted different things. Yumi took this into consideration and created the perfect itinerary for us. We covered Sensoji Temple; Hamarikyu Gardens; Tsukji Fish Markets; Imperial Palace & Gardens & Asakusa Tourist Information Centre Viewing Tower.
