We were very unlucky that one of our ports of call to Mount Fuji was cancelled on our cruise. Within 48 hours I had managed to organise a private tour from Tokyo at 2 am in the morning to take us to see sunrise over Mount Fuji. The helpfulness and promptness of the response and answers to my questions made it very easy for me to book.
